Ideally located between the cathedral and the train station of Chartres, close to the historic center and shops, the restaurant l'Amphitryon has established itself over the years.

Greeted by an attentive team in a warm and friendly atmosphere, you will enjoy a cuisine recommended by many food guides, in a refined setting with a breathtaking view of the cathedral from either our restaurant room or our terrace, in the summer.

A pretty market cuisine, original and tasty elaborated by the young chef Michele Celozzi and his team who revisit traditional dishes according to the seasons.

In the restaurant, you will find Damien Tetault, our restaurant manager who will have the pleasure of welcoming you and making you discover a selection of wines finely chosen to best match the chef’s cuisine.
